To keep your warranty all you simply have to do is keep a copy of your original receipt. Upon any service work, we will hand you an invoice. This is extremely important to keep on hand. If anything was to every go wrong, such as a dysfunctional part, we can give us a call to come back out your your property. When our certified technician goes out to your property, provide the Door-Mart employee the copy of your original invoice, and we will uphold to the warranty. The products that we sell also have the top warranties in the industry. Typically all the products we carry have a warranty of at least 2 years and some of them are even backed with Lifetime Warranties. If you would also like to extend our company warranty, we have packages that range from an additional 3 year, 5 year, and 10 year warranty.
